هَلْ أَتَىٰ عَلَى ٱلْإِنسَٰنِ حِينٌۭ مِّنَ ٱلدَّهْرِ لَمْ يَكُن شَيْـًۭٔا مَّذْكُورًا ١
Indeed there has been a time for man, when even his name did not exist anywhere. — Kanz ul-Iman (کنزالایمان)
إِنَّا خَلَقْنَا ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ مِن نُّطْفَةٍ أَمْشَاجٍۢ نَّبْتَلِيهِ فَجَعَلْنَٰهُ سَمِيعًۢا بَصِيرًا ٢
Indeed We have created man from mixed semen; in order to test him – We therefore made him hearing, knowing. — Kanz ul-Iman (کنزالایمان)
إِنَّا هَدَيْنَٰهُ ٱلسَّبِيلَ إِمَّا شَاكِرًۭا وَإِمَّا كَفُورًا ٣
We have indeed shown him the way – whether he is grateful or ingrate. — Kanz ul-Iman (کنزالایمان)
إِنَّآ أَعْتَدْنَا لِلْكَٰفِرِينَ سَلَٰسِلَا۟ وَأَغْلَٰلًۭا وَسَعِيرًا ٤
We have indeed kept prepared chains, and shackles and a blazing fire for the disbelievers. — Kanz ul-Iman (کنزالایمان)
إِنَّ ٱلْأَبْرَارَ يَشْرَبُونَ مِن كَأْسٍۢ كَانَ مِزَاجُهَا كَافُورًا ٥
Indeed the virtuous will drink from a cup, containing a mixture of Kafoor. — Kanz ul-Iman (کنزالایمان)
عَيْنًۭا يَشْرَبُ بِهَا عِبَادُ ٱللَّهِ يُفَجِّرُونَهَا تَفْجِيرًۭا ٦
The Kafoor is a spring, from which the chosen bondmen of Allah will drink, causing it to flow wherever they wish inside their palaces. — Kanz ul-Iman (کنزالایمان)
يُوفُونَ بِٱلنَّذْرِ وَيَخَافُونَ يَوْمًۭا كَانَ شَرُّهُۥ مُسْتَطِيرًۭا ٧
They fulfil their pledges, and fear a day the evil of which is widespread. — Kanz ul-Iman (کنزالایمان)
وَيُطْعِمُونَ ٱلطَّعَامَ عَلَىٰ حُبِّهِۦ مِسْكِينًۭا وَيَتِيمًۭا وَأَسِيرًا ٨
And out of His love, they give food to the needy, the orphan and the prisoner. — Kanz ul-Iman (کنزالایمان)
إِنَّمَا نُطْعِمُكُمْ لِوَجْهِ ٱللَّهِ لَا نُرِيدُ مِنكُمْ جَزَآءًۭ وَلَا شُكُورًا ٩
They say to them, “We give you food, only for the sake of Allah – we do not seek any reward or thanks from you.” — Kanz ul-Iman (کنزالایمان)
إِنَّا نَخَافُ مِن رَّبِّنَا يَوْمًا عَبُوسًۭا قَمْطَرِيرًۭا ١٠
“Indeed we fear from our Lord a day which is extremely bitter, most severe.” — Kanz ul-Iman (کنزالایمان)
فَوَقَىٰهُمُ ٱللَّهُ شَرَّ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلْيَوْمِ وَلَقَّىٰهُمْ نَضْرَةًۭ وَسُرُورًۭا ١١
So Allah saved them from the evil of that day, and gave them freshness and joy. — Kanz ul-Iman (کنزالایمان)
وَجَزَىٰهُم بِمَا صَبَرُوا۟ جَنَّةًۭ وَحَرِيرًۭا ١٢
And gave them Paradise and silk clothes, as a reward for their patience. — Kanz ul-Iman (کنزالایمان)
مُّتَّكِـِٔينَ فِيهَا عَلَى ٱلْأَرَآئِكِ ۖ لَا يَرَوْنَ فِيهَا شَمْسًۭا وَلَا زَمْهَرِيرًۭا ١٣
Reclining in it, upon thrones; they will not see the hot sunshine in it, nor the bitter cold. — Kanz ul-Iman (کنزالایمان)
وَدَانِيَةً عَلَيْهِمْ ظِلَٰلُهَا وَذُلِّلَتْ قُطُوفُهَا تَذْلِيلًۭا ١٤
And its shade will cover them, and its fruit clusters brought down low for them. — Kanz ul-Iman (کنزالایمان)
وَيُطَافُ عَلَيْهِم بِـَٔانِيَةٍۢ مِّن فِضَّةٍۢ وَأَكْوَابٍۢ كَانَتْ قَوَارِيرَا۠ ١٥
Rounds of silver cups and silver beakers, looking like glass, will be presented upon them. — Kanz ul-Iman (کنزالایمان)
قَوَارِيرَا۟ مِن فِضَّةٍۢ قَدَّرُوهَا تَقْدِيرًۭا ١٦
Glass made from silver, which the servers have filled up to the measure. — Kanz ul-Iman (کنزالایمان)
وَيُسْقَوْنَ فِيهَا كَأْسًۭا كَانَ مِزَاجُهَا زَنجَبِيلًا ١٧
And in Paradise they will be given to drink cups, filled with a mixture of ginger. — Kanz ul-Iman (کنزالایمان)
عَيْنًۭا فِيهَا تُسَمَّىٰ سَلْسَبِيلًۭا ١٨
Which is a spring in Paradise called Salsabeel. — Kanz ul-Iman (کنزالایمان)
۞ وَيَطُوفُ عَلَيْهِمْ وِلْدَٰنٌۭ مُّخَلَّدُونَ إِذَا رَأَيْتَهُمْ حَسِبْتَهُمْ لُؤْلُؤًۭا مَّنثُورًۭا ١٩
Immortal youths shall surround them, waiting upon them; when you see them, you would think they are scattered pearls. — Kanz ul-Iman (کنزالایمان)
وَإِذَا رَأَيْتَ ثَمَّ رَأَيْتَ نَعِيمًۭا وَمُلْكًۭا كَبِيرًا ٢٠
And when you look towards it, you will see serenity and a great kingdom. — Kanz ul-Iman (کنزالایمان)
عَٰلِيَهُمْ ثِيَابُ سُندُسٍ خُضْرٌۭ وَإِسْتَبْرَقٌۭ ۖ وَحُلُّوٓا۟ أَسَاوِرَ مِن فِضَّةٍۢ وَسَقَىٰهُمْ رَبُّهُمْ شَرَابًۭا طَهُورًا ٢١
In it they adorn clothes of fine green silk and gold embroidery; and they are given silver bracelets to wear; and their Lord gave them pure wine to drink. — Kanz ul-Iman (کنزالایمان)
إِنَّ هَٰذَا كَانَ لَكُمْ جَزَآءًۭ وَكَانَ سَعْيُكُم مَّشْكُورًا ٢٢
It will be said to them, “This is your reward – indeed your efforts have been appreciated.” — Kanz ul-Iman (کنزالایمان)
إِنَّا نَحْنُ نَزَّلْنَا عَلَيْكَ ٱلْقُرْءَانَ تَنزِيلًۭا ٢٣
Indeed We have sent down the Qur’an upon you, in stages. — Kanz ul-Iman (کنزالایمان)
فَٱصْبِرْ لِحُكْمِ رَبِّكَ وَلَا تُطِعْ مِنْهُمْ ءَاثِمًا أَوْ كَفُورًۭا ٢٤
Therefore stay patient upon your Lord’s command, and do not listen to any of the sinners or ingrates among them. — Kanz ul-Iman (کنزالایمان)
وَٱذْكُرِ ٱسْمَ رَبِّكَ بُكْرَةًۭ وَأَصِيلًۭا ٢٥
And remember the name of your Lord morning and evening. — Kanz ul-Iman (کنزالایمان)
وَمِنَ ٱلَّيْلِ فَٱسْجُدْ لَهُۥ وَسَبِّحْهُ لَيْلًۭا طَوِيلًا ٢٦
And prostrate for Him in a part of the night, and proclaim His purity into the long night. — Kanz ul-Iman (کنزالایمان)
إِنَّ هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ يُحِبُّونَ ٱلْعَاجِلَةَ وَيَذَرُونَ وَرَآءَهُمْ يَوْمًۭا ثَقِيلًۭا ٢٧
Indeed these people love what they have, the fleeting one, and have forsaken the immensely important day behind them. — Kanz ul-Iman (کنزالایمان)
نَّحْنُ خَلَقْنَٰهُمْ وَشَدَدْنَآ أَسْرَهُمْ ۖ وَإِذَا شِئْنَا بَدَّلْنَآ أَمْثَٰلَهُمْ تَبْدِيلًا ٢٨
It is We Who created them, and strengthened their skeleton; and We can replace them with others like them, whenever We will. — Kanz ul-Iman (کنزالایمان)
إِنَّ هَٰذِهِۦ تَذْكِرَةٌۭ ۖ فَمَن شَآءَ ٱتَّخَذَ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِۦ سَبِيلًۭا ٢٩
This is indeed an advice; so whoever wishes may take the path towards his Lord. — Kanz ul-Iman (کنزالایمان)
وَمَا تَشَآءُونَ إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ ٱللَّهُ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمًۭا ٣٠
And what will you wish, except if Allah wills; indeed Allah is All Knowing, Wise. — Kanz ul-Iman (کنزالایمان)
يُدْخِلُ مَن يَشَآءُ فِى رَحْمَتِهِۦ ۚ وَٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ أَعَدَّ لَهُمْ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًۢا ٣١
He admits into His mercy, whomever He wills; and for the unjust He has kept prepared a painful punishment. — Kanz ul-Iman (کنزالایمان)
