قَدْ خَسِرَ ٱلَّذِينَ قَتَلُوٓا۟ أَوْلَٰدَهُمْ سَفَهًۢا بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍۢ وَحَرَّمُوا۟ مَا رَزَقَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ ٱفْتِرَآءً عَلَى ٱللَّهِ ۚ قَدْ ضَلُّوا۟ وَمَا كَانُوا۟ مُهْتَدِينَ ١٤٠
بیشک تباہ ہوئے وہ جو اپنی اولاد کو قتل کرتے ہیں احمقانہ جہالت سے اور حرام ٹھہراتے ہیں وہ جو اللہ نے انہیں روزی دی اللہ پر جھوٹ باندھنے کو بیشک وہ بہکے اور راہ نہ پائی
Indeed ruined are those who slay their children out of senseless ignorance and forbid the sustenance which Allah has bestowed upon them, in order to fabricate lies against Allah; they have undoubtedly gone astray and not attained the path.
